Welcome to GoodnightFables. By creating an account or buying a plan or book, you agree to these terms. They’re written to be readable, not to trip you up.

Who can use it

You must be an adult (18+) and the parent or guardian of any child you create stories for. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

Plans, books & billing

Subscriptions include a monthly allowance of personalized stories plus a set number of fully illustrated picture books; extra illustrations and à-la-carte book packs are available as one-time purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do anytime from your account, and you keep access through the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Refunds

If a book fails to generate, you’re not charged for it. The credit or allowance is restored automatically. If something isn’t right with a purchase, email us at support@goodnightfables.com and we’ll make it right. See our Support & refunds page.

Your content & ours

The stories and illustrations we generate for you are yours to read, download, and keep for personal, non-commercial use. You’re responsible for the inputs you provide and confirm you have the right to use them. Please don’t request content involving real named people you don’t have rights to, branded or copyrighted characters, or anything unsafe for children. Our moderation will decline these.

AI-generated content

Stories and art are created by AI and may occasionally contain mistakes or oddities. We give you tools to fix pages, and we review for safety, but GoodnightFables is provided “as is” without warranty that every output will be perfect.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, resell generated content commercially, or use it to create harmful or inappropriate material. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoodnightFables isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
